Thank you for choosing to stay at Chimelong Resort. We are committed to providing a comfortable and seamless stay-and-play experience, and we continuously refine our service processes to better serve our guests.
To further enhance room turnover efficiency and ensure a higher-quality accommodation experience for all guests, we will be making a slight adjustment to the standard check-out time across all hotels within Chimelong Resort. The updated arrangements are as follows:
Effective from March 1, 2026, the standard check-out time at all Chimelong Resort hotels will be adjusted from 12:00 noon to 11:00 a.m.?
